Ross McDoniel, President

Ross is a passionate rugby player with 5 years of experience. He began his rugby career playing for the nationally ranked Westlake Rugby club where he joined the team for 3 consecutive state championships. He plays loose forward and is one of our youngest presidents in club history as a sophomore. As President he is the Chief Executive of the club. He organizes and allocates tasks for club operations. These operations include meetings, practices, matches, player and coach incentives, investments, service projects, banquets and all other reasonably team associated responsibilities.

John Cullinan V, Vice President

John is a physical rugby player and a leader on the pitch. He has previously played for UTSA and the Lonestar Rattlesnakes. He acts as a VP of a corporation relative to President. He is responsible for high importance tasks to be assigned by President. Finally, he will be the acting President in the extensive absence of the elected President at his acknowledgement.

Luke Hendrix, Treasurer

Luke is one of the most athletic players on the team and inspires everyone with his proficiency in morning training sessions. He is an Exercise Science major on the pre-med track. He is predominately responsible for collecting and depositing dues from player. This includes managing case by case player finance. Luke is also responsible for working closely with the Fundraising Chair to administer fundraising finances.

Patrick Swanson, Match Secretary

Patrick brings a wealth of experience to the team after playing for Strake Jesuit Rugby. He is primarily responsible with conducting direct contact with match associated individuals to plan the details of matches. These details include, but are not limited to, match date, location, number of match sides, etc. He is also responsible for alumni events throughout the year.

Joe Jancaus, Fundraising Chair

Joe, as a freshman, has earned a start in many Varsity XV games and proves to be one of our hardest working players. Joe is primarily responsible with organizing and executing fundraising events. He also administers partnerships with local businesses for profit shares. Joe additionally assists in planning alumni events.

Francisco, Recruitment Chair

Francisco is a Senior and a diligent worker. He is primarily responsible for planning and executing player recruitment. Methods of recruitment include, but are not limited to, tabling, team combine, direct recruit contact, etc

Mark Csoros, Equipment Manager

Mark is a sophomore on the team earning a spot on the Varsity XV and hails from Fort Worth. He is primarily responsible for maintaining and transporting team equipment to practices and games. He also administers equipment purchase orders as directed by upper management.

Ashwin Hareesh, Social Media Chair

As social media officer, Ashwin manages our social media platforms and website. If you have questions or concerns about either of those items, feel free to reach out!

Grant Guthrie, Socials Chair

Grant started playing rugby at UT during his freshman year and is currently in his 4th semester playing here after having played throughout high-school. UT Rugby has an electric atmosphere around it and he wanted to get more involved by becoming Social Chair. He organizes social events with other teams post-game as well as spirit groups and other campus wide organizations. If you have any questions please feel free to contact him!

Coleman Means, Socials Chair

Coleman started playing rugby at UT during his sophomore year and is currently in his third semester playing here. UT Rugby has an electric atmosphere around it and he wanted to get more involved by becoming Social Chair.
